Duties:

• Achieve/exceed sales targets
• Follow up all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
• Adherence to QA and Compliance criteria as per FAIS requirements
• Responsible for follow up
• Ability to cross-sell - sell from a large range of branded products/services, as well as the ability to close
• Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
• Accurate daily recording of all call details on the LMS
• Maintain and develop professional selling skills
• Daily administration

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Fully FAIS accredited as per requirements set out on your DOFA date
• RE Qualification (must have)
• Up to date with CPD Hours
• Preference will be given to candidates that have completed the full FAIS qualification
• Minimum 6 months of successful experience in Telesales (Selling Motor Comprehensive Insurance)
• Experience in an outbound call center environment
• Passion for sales
• Excellent Telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) – good command of the English language

As a BI Specialist, focussing on financial processes and reporting requirements combined with a passion for data solutions, you will be extensively involved in analysing business requirements, advising on, and developing optimised BI solutions and visualise results utilising technologies from the MS BI Stack. Identify opportunities for improvements of business support processes driven by data and data flows and guide business and technical users through the full solutions development life cycle. MS BI Certification or Data Analytics Certification essential. Diploma / Higher qualification with corporate or finance managements pref. 5+ years’ work experience in data analysis mining, 3 years+ years’ experience BI report writing using SSRS or other BI reports and dashboard development tools essential. Experience and understanding of financial reporting, managerial presentations / reports, Advanced SQL Query writing, Excel, SSIS or other BI ETL tools,data warehouse design experience, MS SSA tabular models, Power BI essential.

DAX Script, C# intermediate experience, building SSAS tabular models as well as MS SQL DBA – all preferable.
