Hire Resolve's prestigious Client's accounting firm in Pretoria is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a SAICA Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in the field of accounting, with the goal of becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conducting audit procedures and tests in accordance with auditing standards
- Assisting with tax compliance and planning
- Supporting senior staff with client engagements
- Developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Completed or in the process of completing a relevant accounting degree
- Strong academic record and commitment to pursuing a career in accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Eligibility to enroll as a SAICA Trainee
