Requirements & Competencies
Matric
0 – 3 years’ working experience
Previous reception or front desk experience advantageous
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent telephone etiquette
Friendly, professional and well spoken
Presentable with a positive attitude
Duties & Responsibilities
(Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:)
Managing the switchboard and acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff
Welcoming and assisting guests and clients upon arrival
Preparing and arranging beverages for meetings and appointments
Maintaining a neat, organised and professional reception area
Coordinating and ordering office consumables, including kitchen and cleaning supplies
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are replenished when required
Assisting management with various administrative and ad hoc duties
