Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering industrial, commercial, or petrochemical construction projects?
Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead construction operations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion.
Lead, mentor, and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Develop and monitor construction schedules, resource allocation, and project progress.
Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, and reporting.
Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and completion documentation.
Minimum RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years' construction management experience.
Experience within industrial, petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, or large-scale commercial construction environments will be highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project planning.
Excellent understanding of Occupational Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project or Primavera advantageous).
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
