Secure all documentation: safety files, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
Identify material needs early and follow up with procurement to avoid last-minute shortages.
Manage and lead all on-site personnel, including technicians, artisans, and subcontractors.
Enforce discipline, safety, and productivity on site.
Coordinate equipment, tools, and vehicles required for execution.
Ensure real-time updates to planning tools (e.g., Mondays.com) are made and monitored.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and inspectors (AIA, NDT, etc.).
Handle disputes, pressure situations, and approval negotiations professionally.
Manage client expectations and variation orders proactively.
Resolve problems on site independently and make fast decisions in line with company values.
Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and General Manager when unplanned events occur (e.g., equipment failures, absenteeism, rework).
Finalize project documentation, quality records, and client sign-offs.
Report site performance, cost impacts, and workforce discipline issues to the Chief Engineer.
