Mechanical Draughtsman – SolidWorks - Edenvale
Engineering company seeks a Mechanical Draughtsman with strong SolidWorks and fabrication drawing experience.
Responsibilities
-
Produce accurate CAD part & assembly drawings (*.dxf, *.pdf)
-
Check drawings, update BOMs, issue QCPs
-
Create and modify 3D models
-
Conduct site measurements when required
-
Liaise with customers & suppliers
-
Assist workshop with manufacturing queries
Requirements
-
Matric + Technical Drawing / NQF 4
-
Strong knowledge of steel materials
-
SolidWorks essential (1–3 years)
-
Able to read & interpret technical drawings
-
Machining tolerances knowledge
-
PDM experience is an advantage
