Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in the multi-disciplinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including contract negotiation, project planning, budget management, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Manage project resources and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are met on all project sites.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
- Own Vehicle and Drivers License
