Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Monitor project performance against key milestones, quality standards, and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and effective decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years post-graduate professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a dedicated Project Management role.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering, industrial, infrastructure, mining, or energy-related projects.
- Strong financial, commercial, and contractual management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, systems, and reporting frameworks.
- Professional registration and/or Project Management certification will be advantageous.
