- Strong academic performance in Mathematics and Physical Sciences
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn technical products and solutions
- Well-organised with strong administrative abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales exposure will be advantageous
