Process Operator (Food / Chemical Industry) (Relocation role: The Netherlands)

ENVIRONMENT:
JOIN a global Investment Group in the Netherlands seeking a Process Operator (Food / Chemical Industry) to work in industrial production environments. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Applicants will be required to have N4-N5 Process Engineering + Trade Test (Red Seal or equivalent), an equivalent to MBO 3–4 / VAPRO B level & proven experience in food, chemical, or industrial production environments. The package will include full relocation support and structured onboarding and Dutch language support.
DUTIES:
- Operate and control production installations and process equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and adjust where necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations or minor technical issues.
- Ensure product quality meets defined standards.
- Perform first-line maintenance and inspections.
- Work according to strict safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Accurately log production data and report abnormalities.
- Collaborate with Technical Service and Production teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- N4–N5 Process Engineering + Trade Test (Red Seal or equivalent).
- Equivalent to MBO 3–4 / VAPRO B level.
- Proven experience in food, chemical, or industrial production environments.
- Comfortable working in shift systems (including 5-shift operations).
- Strong technical and problem-solving mindset.
- Afrikaans-speaking is a strong advantage (fast Dutch language adaptation).
- Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
