Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, smart IT Support Technician to join and strengthen our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things IT — from supporting our field teams on the Karebo App to managing devices, desktop support, and IT infrastructure across the business.
• Provide field and office-based user support on the Karebo App and Karebo Information Management System (KIMS)
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across all platforms
• Set up, deploy, and maintain all IT equipment: laptops, mobile phones, printers, CCTV cameras, and networking devices
• Deliver desktop and first-line technical support to staff across all divisions
• Maintain an accurate IT asset register
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
• Document IT procedures and maintain support logs
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 3 years’ experience in desktop/IT support
* Knowledge of workflow systems and business process applications
* Competence in device management (laptops, phones, printers, CCTV, networking)
* Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT Diploma, or equivalent)
* Valid driver’s licence.
