Senior Recruitment Consultant
This position requires a strong blend of mechanical, electrical, and automation expertise, with particular emphasis on compressor systems, PLC programming, fault finding, and people management.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline advantageous
- Qualified Electromechanical Technician or Engineer
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with compressor systems
- Minimum 5 years' management experience leading technical teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving compressor-related faults
- PLC programming experience
- Software programming experience
- Experience with automation and control systems
- Knowledge of Delta software, including WPLSoft 2.5 and DOPSoft 4.00 series advantageous
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using gas analysers, measurement, monitoring, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to drive maintenance strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational efficiencies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
