Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities within the electronic recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their electronic recycling requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
New Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the electronic recycling industry, including manufacturers, retailers, and businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business partnerships.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve products and services.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronic recycling or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Reside in the Pomona or neighbouring areas.
