Site Manager needed in Mogalakwena.

Matric/ Grade 12.
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle.
All documents MUST be included with CV.
4 Years minimum working experience as Site Manager.
3 Years minimum working experience in Dust Suppression, Road Maintenance & Road Building.
Liaise with clients.
Ensure the correct product volume is ordered & delivered.
Ensure optimal availability and utilisation of equipment & machinery.
Manage serviceability & application of resources on site.
Manage & maintain an effective quality control procedure by doing regular inspections on work done and evaluating personnel.
Comply with all production standards.
Ensure all equipment is kept serviceable, clean & presentable.
Ensure all employee’s attend to work timeously and end their shift accordingly.
Complete monthly road report.
Ensure personnel are suitably trained and competent.
Aware of the hazards attached to the work being carried out and fully conversant with the precautionary measures.
Conduct planned task observations according to set standard.
Daily hazard identification and risk assessment is conducted by the relevant personnel prior to the commencement of daily activities.
Pre-use, pre-start, pre-shift is completed prior to the operation of any machinery.
Ensure discipline is enforced, disciplinary records are kept safe & the record keeping are up to date.
Ensure all statutory appointments have been completed & all statutory requirements are met.
Ensure that personnel attend daily toolbox talks.
Manage waste & good housekeeping practices.
Check and manage the compilation of all site reports.
Keep workforce motivated.
Ensure effective problem solving.
Comply with legislation (MHSA, OHS Act, EEA, LRA, and BCEA), company policies, procedures, instructions & client SOP’s.
Seek new ideas, market products & services to contribute to improving organizational goals, client relations.
Identify staff training needs & motivate reason for training.
Ensure timeous requesting of orders from client.
Invoice client timeously.
Ensure debtor invoices are signed & approved by the client’s financial department to ensure prompt payment according to payment agreement.
Ensure company procedure are followed when purchases are made.
Ensure planned leave is scheduled among employees & all leave forms are handed in before leave has been taken & authorized.
Ensure overtime authorization is submitted each month to payroll.
Ensure employees make use of the daily attendance system & inform HR department when employees were unable to clock.
Computer Literate.

Must come from Kempton Park or surrounding areas.
