Job Summary
Description:Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for delivering operational HR support by driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and people development initiatives while ensuring legislative compliance and effective business partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR support to management and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding activities to meet operational requirements.
- Support talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance management and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
- Partner with line management to identify workforce requirements and implement people solutions.
- Coordinate training, leadership development and organisational development initiatives.
- Promote compliance with labour legislation, company policies and HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, change management and culture improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team while ensuring effective service delivery and stakeholder support.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in HR Management or related
- Minimum 5 years' HR-related experience within a mining environment
- Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in employee relations, attendance management and performance management.
- Experience supporting learning and development, organisational development and change management initiatives.
