Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in the Durban Area. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting scaffolding and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves following up on leads, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
Proven sales abilities, client relationship management, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Proficiency in using sales tools, software.
Knowledge and/or experience in scaffolding, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial
A valid driver's license and ability to travel to meet clients on-site
Self-motivation, disciplined work habits, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Relevant training, certifications, or a diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
