SITE AGENT – CONSTRUCTION

Reports to: Contracts Manager
Role Summary
Senior site leader accountable for programme, cost, quality, HSE and stakeholder performance. Drives planning, execution and commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Full HSE leadership and legal compliance on site
- Total accountability for project quality and NCR management
- Develop, manage and recover short- and long-term programmes
- Control project costs, cashflow and profit optimisation
- Identify VO’s, CI’s, EOTs and commercial risks
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Maintain client satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, mentor and performance-manage site teams
- Ensure compliance with company systems, QMS and SHEQ
Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary Degree or Diploma (Construction / Engineering)
- SACPCMP registration – Construction Manager
- 5+ years technical construction experience
- 3+ years managerial/site leadership experience
- Strong commercial, contractual and programming capability
