Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 2 years’ experience in Group Technology 0–1 years supervisory experience Experience in warehouse logistics Sound knowledge of relevant IT systems Valid Code B driver’s licence Medical certificate of fitness English proficiency (written and verbal) Good communication, leadership, customer handling, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Job Description Summary Coordinate and manage all GT warehouse activities including sourcing, ordering, receiving and distribution Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and supply chain processes Supervise and guide warehouse staff and administrative processes Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence Oversee stock control, reconciliations, and stock takes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Maintain accurate stock records and ensure availability of materials to end users Handle warehouse-related queries and resolve issues in line with policies Maintain reporting processes and monitor outstanding orders and backlogs Ensure efficient warehouse operations and effective stakeholder engagement
