• Salary: R 9,500 – R 10,500 Basic Salary (Negotiable based on experience)

• Incentives: Commission based on branch targets

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service to current and prospective clients.

• Handle parts sales seamlessly across multiple platforms, including over-the-counter, online, and telesales.

• Assist customers in understanding product offerings and accurately identify the right solutions for their vehicle needs.

• Drive sales and renewals to consistently meet and exceed branch targets.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is essential.

• Knowledge: Extensive and deep knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.

• Traits: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation.

• Work History: A stable employment track record with minimal gaps.

• References: Must be able to supply contactable references for verification.

Strict Legal Requirements

• Must be a South African-born Citizen.

• Must have a clean criminal background.

• Must have a clear ITC (financial/credit history) with no judgments or defaults.
