Our client is seeking a Network Operations Engineer - Tier 1 to join their team.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring stability of the network and optimal Customer satisfaction.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
Knowledge
- Knowledge of networks in the telecommunications industry (Cisco WANs/LAN).
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Knowledge of effective costumer engagement.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid CCNA is essential.
- ITIL Foundation is advantageous.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 2- 3 years’ minimum experience.
- Previous experience in dealing with international customers/suppliers.
- Can cope with high volume of incidents.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work weekend shifts monthly.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
- Must be willing to work night shift if required.
