KEY FOCUS
Manage the vehicle stock control function.
Capture new vehicle information accurately on the Dealer Management System.
Ensure stock records are updated and accessible to relevant users.
Liaise with manufacturers and dealer networks to support vehicle sourcing.
Record and report on stock and transactional activity.
Provide accurate information to support operational decision - making.
Deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused administrative support.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures and stock control processes.
IDEAL PROFILE
· Matric / Grade 12
· 3-5 year’s relevant experience in the motor industry.
· Experience in vehicle stock control will be advantageous.
· Dealer Management System literacy, preferably units.
· Able to manage high volumes of new and used vehicles monthly.
· Strong computer literacy.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong administration, reporting and follow - up skills.
· Good communication and relationship- management skills.
· Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures.
· Clear criminal record.
