Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BSI Workshop Controller to join a professional motor dealership in Pretoria. The successful candidate must have strong workshop control experience, a solid technical background and the ability to coordinate daily workshop activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations and workflow of the workshop.
Schedule vehicle services and repairs.
Allocate workloads to technicians according to workshop requirements.
Track and manage work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure efficient repair turnaround times.
Liaise closely with service advisors, technicians and parts staff.
Monitor workshop progress and ensure jobs remain on schedule.
Ensure job cards are completed accurately and updated throughout the repair process.
Assist in maintaining an organised and productive workshop environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BSI Workshop Controller.
Experience working within corporate dealerships and brands such as VW, Ford, Kia, Mazda, etc.
Must have a strong technical background in vehicles or mechanics.
Excellent attention to detail and good administrative skills.
Clear criminal record.
Grade 12.
