Roles and Responsibilities
Duties: Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English and Afrikaans. To handle great volume of outbound and inbound calls related to customer care, including facilitating the complete customer care process until resolution. To assist and resolve all customer complaints and queries received timeously through the provision of appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. To maintain a high level of telephone etiquette at all times. To ensure a high standard of detailed information regarding customer care complaints and queries received with escalation follow-ups to the relevant Departmental Heads. To liaise with the relevant specialists in situations where specialized information is required in order to assist customers. Cold Calling in Lead generation. Provision of required management reports. Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Completed Tertiary qualification certificate / diploma / degree is an advantage. 2-3 years Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre or Customer facing environment. Must be highly proficient in MS office package. System knowledge of CMS or similar motor vehicle / customer case management systems will be an advantage. 2 years’ experience in the Motor industry at Dealership level preferred. Must have excellent customer engagement / relation skills and be able to handle high customer call volumes. Must have good negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Must be mature, hardworking, a team player, self-motivated, target driven, honest, neat, reliable and organized. Must reside in the East Rand or close to Edenvale
