The following exciting opportunity exists for a high-performing individual with strong service advisor and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to workshop customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks and assignments on time
- Efficient computer literacy
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Book in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Accurately capture customer concerns and service requirements
- Prepare and explain job cards, cost estimates, and timelines to customers
- Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles and any additional work required
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or costs
- Ensure all work is completed as per manufacturer and dealership standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed correctly
- Process invoices and explain charges to customers upon vehicle collection
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate vehicle handovers, ensuring all work has been completed to satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Work closely with parts and service departments to ensure efficiency
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly service targets and KPIs
