Job Summary
SERVICE ADVISOR / EAST LONDON - Our client a leading Motor Dealership in East London has a vacancy for a Service Advisor with a valid Code 08 license and ability to speak Xhosa (fluently) to ensure Customer satisfaction. This is a Front line, on the feet all time job. The successful candidate must be Energetic, Professional, well-presented and have a passion for Customer Service with strong communication skills. Experience within the Automotive Industry is advantageous
Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric (not negotiable)
Valid Driver’s License (not negotiable)
Minimum 3 years’ Service Advisor experience (Stellantis Brand background advantage)
Excellent communication skills in Xhosa
Previous DMS experience
Obtaining authorizations for repairs to vehicles under warranty – calling the manufacturers.
Assisting with follow ups from clients
Assisting when Service Advisor is on Leave/Sick
Must have good customer relation skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to upsell/sell to the client base (have the drive and means to do so)
Salary: Market related
