Customer Liaison (Automotive Industry) – East London
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous customer service or liaison experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented
Advantageous:
- Experience working with insurance claims or vehicle repairs
- Knowledge of automotive body repair processes and terminology
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs, updates, and completion timelines
- Communication between the workshop, customers, and insurance companies
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Prepare quotations, job cards, and relevant administration
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly
- Data capturing
- Processing of authorisations
- Processing of additional requests to the insurers
- Submissions of monthly reports
