Job Summary
Vacancy for a Customer Service administrator with a Vehicle dealership
Duties
- Operate telephone by answering, screening, or forwarding of calls in a friendly manner and in a fast time frame. Professional telephone manner should be displayed at all times with a customer service orientation mindset.
- DCS while updating CS & SR (for new and service) with follow up calls to all customers.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Data capturing and correcting information on Evolve.
- Receive and resolve complaints from customers. Refer to management where necessary.
- Perform administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Service or Workshop administrator
- Must have motor industry experience
- Must have experience with Evolve
- Must have good telephonic and customer relation skills
