Role: Non technical trainer Location: Centurion Sector: Automotive training academy Salary: R55 000 (CTC) Start date: As soon as possible 1. Position Purpose To deliver high-quality non-technical training that develops dealer staff capability, supports certification, and improves business performance. 2. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Facilitate learning programs aligned to business needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance
- Provide feedback and coaching to learners
- Support development and updating of training content
- Ensure training materials are relevant and aligned to standards
- Engage learners to ensure effective knowledge transfer 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Kirkpatrick Level 1 (satisfaction)
- Kirkpatrick Level 2 (knowledge gain)

- Continuous improvement actions implemented 5. Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Training, Education, Business Management, Human Resources, Automotive Retail, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or learning and development within the non-technical Automotive / OEM sector.
- Previous experience within an OEM, automotive retail, dealer network, importer, or related automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, customer service, and business processes.
- Experience delivering training to adult learners across multiple levels, from frontline staff to management.
- Exposure to learning management systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and assessment methodologies.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence behavioural change and drive performance improvement through learning interventions.
- Experience working with OEM standards, dealer performance programmes, or certification frameworks will be advantageous.
