Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Automotive Manufacturing of which at least 5 years has been in Operations Management
- Degree in Engineering required
- Solid understanding of Automotive Manufacturing and the ability to optimize processes for continuous improvement
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Control Systems | Team Management | Managing Cross-functional Projects | Production Management | Budget Management | Health and Safety Compliance | Strategic Planning | ESG and Reporting
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
- Basic Salary of up to R 75 000, negotiable based on experience
- Benefits including Provident and Medical Aid
- 13th Cheque
- Annual Performance Bonus
