Job Summary
An established company based in Diep River, Cape Town, is looking for an experienced, organised and customer-focused Sales Administration Manager to oversee sales administration, order management and key customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with strong leadership and communication skills to take ownership of a busy administrative function.??? ????????????????:
▪️ Oversee daily sales administration and order processing.
▪️ Manage key customer accounts, pricing and made-to-order requirements.
▪️ Liaise with customers regarding orders, product availability, delivery dates and shortages.
▪️ Compile exception reports, track recovery dates and liaise with Demand Planners.
▪️ Manage back orders, bookings, re-bookings and system order errors.
▪️ Onboard new customers, assist with order capturing and maintain export PO schedules.
▪️ Keep customer forecasts updated and coordinate QC samples and ad hoc requests.
▪️ Support the operations team with administrative queries and ensure efficient day-to-day processes.

▪️ Previous experience in sales administration, order management or a similar role.
▪️ Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
▪️ Excellent customer service and client-facing experience.
▪️ Proven leadership abilities
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
▪️ A proactive, detail-oriented individual who can take ownership
