Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced technician to install, and fault-find across all electronic security systems for residential and commercial clients. Key responsibilities Install, program, test, and maintain: alarm systems, intercoms, electric fencing, CCTV, and gate automation. Diagnose and repair system faults; perform preventative maintenance and upgrades. Document work, and brief clients on system use and basic upkeep. Minimum requirements Valid SA driver’s licence. Registered with PSIRA (current, valid). 5+ years hands-on experience with alarms, intercoms, electric fence energizers, CCTV, and gate motors. Confident with fault-finding, hand/power tools, ladders, and safe work practices. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow manufacturer manuals. Clear criminal record and able to pass client background checks. Advantageous Experience with brands such as: Paradox/DSC/IDS, Nemtek/, Centurion/Nice, Hikvision/Dahua,Paxton. Basic networking skills (IP addressing, port forwarding, PoE). Send your CVError!
