Job Summary
Birthmark Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, servicing, and certification of domestic, commercial, and industrial gas systems in compliance with all applicable South African regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Install LPG and natural gas systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Install gas stoves, geysers, fireplaces, boilers, and other gas appliances. Conduct gas leak detection, pressure testing, fault finding, and repairs. Issue Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) where authorised and in accordance with applicable regulations. Ensure all installations comply with SANS standards and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs. Complete installation reports, job cards, and compliance documentation. Provide clients with guidance on the safe operation and maintenance of gas appliances. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.Error!
