Job Function

Main Purpose

Supervise the execution of preventive- and corrective maintenance tasks on Power/AC systems. Ensure that work orders from NOC and NW Planning work on Power/AC systems are processed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of preventative and regular maintenance for Power/AC systems
• Ensure compliance to maintenance manuals
• Follow up on the documentation of maintenance tasks and configuration changes
• Supervise the execution of configuration changes on Power/AC systems and Power/AC systems upgrades and replacements
• Advise on the diagnosis and resolution of Power/AC systems -related incidents, outages, and performance problems (reactive maintenance)
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health-and-safety standards and company policies
• Ensure compliance with network security processes for physical security of systems and data
• Propose optimization measures for Power/AC systems in coordination with NW Planning
• Market share (%)

• EBIDTA margin (%)
• On time delivery & accuracy of budget, forecast, analysis and reports

Job Requirements

Education:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Work experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Electrical control systems

Knowledge & Functional/Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Power and AC Systems;
• Advanced knowledge of Earthing electrical equipment standards and electrical wiring requirements at site and their labelling/color coding
• Advanced knowledge in network operations and maintenance in the telecommunication industry;
• Advanced ability to analyze and solve work related problems to achieve the correct outcomes;
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills;
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
