Requirements:

Proven Business to Business (B2B) outbound sales experience in the BPO environment
International outbound sales experience
Experience of working to serious targets in a period of significant growth.
Experience of selling to new and existing customers and balancing this work.
Experience of developing and implementing sales plans.
Experience of developing and implementing sales pipelines.
Experience of delivering an excellent customer experience in a commercial setting.
Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
Knowledge of principles of sales and customer experience.

Working Hours:

09:45 - 19:00 (Monday - Thurs)

09:45 - 17:45 (Friday)

* If weekly targets are met, Consultants may finish at 16:30 on Fridays.

Important Information

This will be a work from home position, all consultants will be required to work on site until they are up to speed & meeting their targets.

All equipment & connection will be provided at company cost.
