Customer Communication Specialist Sandton Fourways Gauteng
Our telecommunication client is looking for an experienced customer communications specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on role, responsible for delivering exceptional customer communications across the business. You will be responsible for developing relevant, timely and on brand communications for a wide range of business and consumer communications including customer communications around changes to products, delivery, network performance, trade marketing collateral, network/policy updates, and at times communications as part of broader marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role we are looking for the following skills and experience:
5 years plus of PR/Corporate/Customer communications experience
Experience working within large and complex service or government environments
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent copywriting skills
Proven ability managing complex stakeholders and juggling competing priorities
Proven ability to apply a brand framework and tone of voice to communications
Ability to clearly respond to and articulate briefs from any part of the business
