Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Certificate in Health and Safety, SHEQ Quality Management ISO9001
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Basic understanding of SHEQ policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Microsoft Office Packages
- High attention to detail
- Neat and punctual
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Group’s SHEQ and Quality Management Systems.
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and non-conformances (NCRs).
- Maintain controlled SHEQ documentation, SOPs, records and registers.
- Assist with ISO 9001 compliance and certification requirements.
- Conduct and assist with quality and supplier audits.
- Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health & Safety policies and procedures. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project safety files.
- Maintain SHEQ records and monitor Health & Safety training requirements.
- Assist management and employees with SHEQ-related queries and compliance matters.
- Identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing corrective actions.
- Perform general SHEQ administrative duties and other related tasks as required by Management
