Junior Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets the highest safety and quality standards. Your daily tasks will include:
Product Testing: Conducting routine physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished goods.
Compliance Monitoring: Assisting in the maintenance of food safety management systems and ensuring all production processes adhere to strict industry regulations.
Documentation: Accurately recording test results, maintaining laboratory logs, and assisting with the preparation of quality reports.
Hygiene Inspections: Conducting regular floor walks to monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace hygiene.
Sample Management: Coordinating the collection, storage, and retention of shelf-life samples.
Requirements
We are looking for a focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within the industry. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
Education: A completed Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management is essential.
Experience: 0 years of professional experience required; this role is for recent graduates.
Advantageous: Previous experience in an internship, volunteer program, or student placement within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent reporting skills, and a "right-first-time" attitude.
Attributes: A high level of integrity and the ability to work effectively within a technical team.
