Technical Responsibilities:
Install water treatment systems including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis systems and chemical dosing.
Assemble pipework, valves, pumps and associated equipment according to engineering drawings.
Assist Engineers with the commissioning and start-up of water treatment systems.
Perform pre-commissioning inspections and quality checks.
Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues on site.
Conduct routine system inspections and basic performance assessments.
Complete installation reports, commissioning checklists and site documentation.
Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and health & safety requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles in good working condition.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional service and communication.
Travel locally and internationally as required.
Minimum requirements:
3 – 6 years experience in installing and/or servicing of water treatment systems
Experience with filtration, softeners, reverse osmosis and chemical dosing systems would be advantageous.
Electrical fault-finding experience would be advantageous.
Basic Plumbing and mechanical installation would be advantageous
Physically fit and medically able to work on industrial and mining sites.
Valid driver’s license
Passport will be beneficial
