Division: ENGINEERING / TECHNICAL SERVICE Job Function: INTERNAL TECHNICIAN Reporting to: OPERATIONS MANAGER Description and Duties of Job Function 1.Purpose of Role: To inspect, test, fault-find, repair, configure and support instrumentation, process and analytical equipment in the workshop and on customer sites. The role provides accurate technical service, calibration support, documentation and customer assistance while ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and in line with company procedures. 2.Roles Summary: -Workshop technical service: Inspect, test, fault-find, repair, calibrate and configure instrumentation, process and analytical equipment received for service, repair, evaluation or commissioning support. -Onsite technical support: Attend customer sites when required to assist with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, service, breakdown support and equipment assessments. -Instrumentation and analytical equipment: Work on process instruments, sensors, transmitters, analysers, sampling systems, control equipment and related accessories within the employee’s competence, training and authorisation. -Fault finding and reporting: Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes where possible, recommend corrective actions, raise concerns early and provide clear technical feedback to the relevant manager, sales team or customer contact. -Calibration and verification: Email WORD CV.Error!
