General Attendant

Fixed Term Contract

Working in the Housekeeping Department, you will strive to give our guests a WOW experience by exceeding their expectations through warm, friendly, personalized service, product consistency, and care for their well-being throughout their stay.

As our General Attendant, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel are cleaned and linens are restocked, ensuring the Hotel is maintained to the highest presentation. Part of your role will be sorting, washing, folding laundry, and removing stains from items with appropriate procedures as needed. 

Along with your matric or equivalent certificate, you have 1 year’s experience in the same or/and similar position and can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You have an excellent attendance and performance track record with a can-do attitude and follow through on actions promptly with minimum supervision. Your tenacity and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment will see you far in this role. 

You come with a set of key competencies, including a service-oriented mindset, the ability to take the initiative, demonstrate cooperation in team settings, show adaptability to changing situations, and possess a sense of dutifulness towards assigned responsibilities.
