Job Title: Commission-Based Sales & Marketing Representative Location: Townsview, Johannesburg South (Remote / Field-based) Employment Type: Commission-Only (Performance-Linked) •Conduct direct outreach and cold pitching to corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses in Gauteng. •Market our tailored offerings for conferences, company breakaways, and long-stay guests. •Conduct venue viewings, present custom packages, and close sales agreements. •Build and maintain a steady pipeline of recurring corporate and event business. •An in-depth understanding of Johannesburg South’s geographic key destinations (tourist sites, business hubs, and travel routes) to effectively market the guesthouse and assist guests will be an added advantage. •Deep geographic familiarity with Johannesburg South, paired with a strong clientele base will be an added advantage or an established corporate/leisure client base within the Johannesburg South region is strongly preferred. Requirements & Qualifications •Proven experience in hospitality, guest house, or venue sales and marketing. •Established network among corporate buyers, travel bookers, or event organizers is highly advantageous. •Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. •Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
