Job Title: GM Couple For 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties
Location: Limpopo, Mopani District, Hoedspruit. South Africans only unless you have valid permits and residency.
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Coordinate and supervise staff members in various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and expenses
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of lodge operations and guest services
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in hospitality or tourism management
- Experience working in a wildlife reserve or national park setting
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to outdoor elements and wildlife
- On-site accommodation provided
- Typical bush based cycle X on Y off to be discussed
