Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality Manager to join our growing restaurant and entertainment business based in Pretoria.
This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant and food & beverage management experience, who enjoys working with people, creating atmosphere, and running a venue with confidence and authority. Experience working with artists, musicians, or live entertainment will be a strong advantage.
Salary will be based on experience and skill set
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Confidently entertain and engage with customers
- Lead, train, and manage staff across all departments
- Enforce standards, procedures, and discipline with authority
- Coordinate with artists, musicians, and entertainment acts
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and on-floor problem solving
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming venue atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management (restaurant / food & beverage)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Comfortable dealing with customers and entertainers alike
- Experience with live music, artists, or entertainment is a strong benefit
- Ability to manage teams with confidence and authority
