Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / Statistician to harness advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and AI techniques to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions that shape business strategy and drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply statistical methods, data science techniques, and AI algorithms to analyze complex datasets and uncover actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain forecasting, valuation, and predictive models aligned with business objectives.
- Build dashboards and automated reporting tools to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reliability, and project alignment.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Oversee data systems and architecture to guarantee secure, accessible, and fit-for-purpose reporting capabilities.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Bachelor’s acceptable with strong experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in statistical research, data analysis, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools such as SPSS.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to manage large datasets while ensuring data quality, governance, and accuracy.
- Experience in building dashboards, automating reports, and delivering client-ready outputs.
- Strong communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
