Key Responsibilities

Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
- Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)
- 12+ years in insights/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in product‑led research, CX, or strategy
- Proven success in African markets and AI‑driven transformation
- Strong track record in C‑suite engagement and revenue growth
- Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
- Ability to work in matrix structures with Data Science/Tech divisions
- Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation
- Passion for evolving traditional research into tech‑enhanced strategic value
- Ability to merge human insight with AI‑powered outputs to influence executive decision‑making
