- Analyse complex, fragmented, and large-scale datasets to deliver actionable business insights
- Build advanced predictive models including defaults, collections, profitability, and forecasting
- Develop robust data models and visualisations using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements, and influence data-driven decision-making
Education:
- Relevant degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8+ years’ experience in analytics, insights, or advanced data roles
- Proven experience in SQL, Power BI, and strong data modelling capability
- Hands-on Python proficiency and exposure to strategic or innovation projects
- Experience building predictive models beyond standard credit scoring (defaults, collections, profitability, forecasting)
- Strong background in customer analytics: segmentation, behavioural insights, telematics, and profitability analysis
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading insight delivery
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to turn fragmented datasets into clear, actionable business insights
