Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and analysts.
- Build, refine, and optimise predictive models based on performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver AI and machine‑learning solutions for clients.
- Conduct end‑to‑end model development including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, and deployment.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education – Minimum requirement:- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- PhD strongly preferred.
Experience:- 2–3 years’ leadership or management experience, including leading a small team.
- Proven end‑to‑end predictive modelling expertise.
- Strong AI and machine learning experience (non‑negotiable).
- Consulting environment experience advantageous.
Skills:- Python (essential)
- SQL (advantageous)
- Strong analytical problem‑solving ability
- Ability to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Any other non‑negotiables:- AI and ML experience required
- Must have led a small team
