VACANCY: ASSISTANT MANAGER Join Our Hospitality Team We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our hotel and assist management in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Minimum Requirements ✔ Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant experience ✔ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems/software ✔ Excellent coordination, organizational, and customer service skills ✔ Proven experience in Culinary and Housekeeping Management ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to Hotel Management Supervise and manage hotel staff Coordinate Culinary and Housekeeping services Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and customer service Assist in maintaining efficient daily hotel operations Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures Remuneration R6,500 – R7,500 per month Start Date Mid-July 2026 – 3 August 2026 Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong people-management skills, and the ability to ensure smooth hotel operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
