The General Manager oversees all operational, financial, and people‑leadership functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, strong cost control, and a positive, high‑performance culture across front and back of house.
Key Duties:
• Lead daily operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and team culture.
• Oversee financial controls, budgets, stock, cash‑ups, and cost management.
• Maintain service standards, health and safety compliance, and operational readiness.
• Drive revenue, manage customer relationships, and resolve service issues promptly.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience as a GM or Assistant GM in a busy restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and stock control.
• Ability to perform under pressure with calm, structured decision‑making.
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development.
