Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Culinary qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or Head Chef role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
Experience managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
